   I’m having second thoughts about my historic proclamation. What if we changed “Let’s streak the Downtown Mall” to “Let’s walk the Downtown Mall in big sweaters and comfortable jeans admiring the holiday lights while drinking hot chocolate”? WEARING NO UNDERPANTS?!
