Wrong. I waited for ten minutes in the rain. The employee’s friend showed up and waited with me, then called the guy on his cell phone. The employee was out running a personal errand. While I waited, three or four more people showed up to rent a movie, including a girl on crutches, and they were all extremely pissed too.
